- Candidates must have passed 12th Standard (HSC).
- Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field or organization.
- The selected candidate should not be a full-time employee of any parent organization or private institution.
- It is mandatory that the applicant belongs to the respective Panchayat or Panchayats of the work area.
