Nativity Eligibility Details
Tamil Nadu Candidates Studied in Tamil Nadu
Tamil Nadu candidates who have passed the following standards from schools situated in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply for TNEA 2026:
- VIII / 8th Standard
- IX / 9th Standard
- X / 10th Standard
- XI / 11th Standard
- XII / 12th Standard
Such candidates are not required to produce a Nativity Certificate for certificate verification.
Tamil Nadu Native Candidates Studied Outside Tamil Nadu
Tamil Nadu native candidates who have passed any one of the following standards or equivalent examination from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu are also eligible to apply:
- VIII / 8th Standard
- IX / 9th Standard
- X / 10th Standard
- XI / 11th Standard
- XII / 12th Standard
These candidates must produce a:
