Educational Qualification:
❖ The candidates must be a Law Graduate (before taking up the assignment as Law Clerk) having a Bachelor Degree in Law (including Integrated Degree Course in Law) from any Schools/Colleges/University/Institutions established by law in India and accredited by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocates.
❖ The candidates studying in the fifth year of the Five (5) Year Integrated Law Course or the third (3) year of the Three (3) Year Law Course after graduation in any stream will also be eligible to apply, subject to furnishing proof of acquiring Law qualifications before taking up the assignments as Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate post.
❖ The applicant must possess writing skills, research and analytical abilities, computer expertise, and the ability to retrieve needed information from a variety of search engines and procedures, including e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.
Age Limit: Must be between 20 – 32 years.
Salary: Rs.1,00,000/-.
