- Candidates must have passed 12th Standard (HSC).
- Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field or organization.

- In centres where 12th pass candidates are unavailable, 10th pass candidates may be considered with special approval from the District Collector’s Committee.
