Educational Qualification: Must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology. Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a government or non-governmental organization or projects related to preventing violence against women, and 1 year of experiences in a counsell psychology firm or in external counselling role. Only women residing locally can apply. Must know how to drive. If required, will have to work twenty four (24) hours a day, 7 days a week on a rotational basis
Salary: Rs.35,000/-.
- Senior Counselor Post
Vacancies: 05
Educational Qualification: Must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work (M.S.W) or M.Sc (Counselling Psychology). Must have a minimum of two years of experience working in an administrative capacity in a government or non-government project related to protecting women from violence. (Or) must have one year of experience working within the same organization or outside of it. Only women should apply. The applicant must be a local resident.
Salary: Rs.22,000/-.
- IT Administrator Post
Vacancies: 05
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech., B.Sc) and Diploma in Computers/IT, and experience in Data Management, Process Documentation, and Web-based reporting formats in a state/district/non-governmental organization. A minimum of 3 years of technical experience working with these is required. Only women residing locally can apply.
Salary: Rs.20,000/-.
- Case worker Post
Vacancies: 30
Educational Qualification: Case Worker (Vacancies 30) Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Must have one (1) year of prior experience in a government or non-government project related to preventing violence against women, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in psychological counsel at a firm or in external role. Age must be within 35. Only women residing locally can apply. Must know how to drive a vehicle.
Salary: Rs.18,000/-.
- Security Guard Post
Vacancies: 10
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass + Must have experience working as a security staff in a government or reputed institution and must be a local resident. Only women residing locally can apply. Will have to work twenty four (24) hours a day, 7 days a week on a rotational basis.
Salary: Rs.12,000/-.
- Multi Purpose Helper Post
Vacancies: 10
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass + Must have experience working in any office. The applicants must know cook and office maintenance. Only women residing locally can apply. Will have to work twenty four (24) hours a day, 7 days a week on a rotational basis.
Salary: Rs.10,000/-.
